This set has a rattan pole frame but the seat consist of a wooden frame with elastic webbing woven over it. The elasticity under the seat cushion has proven to improve comfort considerably. To further achieve the highest degree of comfort, the seat cushions are made of thick soft foam while the back cushions are stuffed with Dacron fiber. Fabric pictured is Hamauka. The coffee and end tables are shipped in the knock down position but can be put together easily with a small hammer or mallet in a few minutes. Low tech wooden pegs are used to keep these items together. The seating items are shipped fully assembled, however. The glass used on the tables are 8mm and come with a beveled edge. The Tropical Twist Set is not recommended for outdoor use. Tropical Twist is being Sold as A "Set".
