Islander Wicker Furniture Collection

The Tropical Islander Collection uses the finest natural rattan pole for the frame. As with wood, natural rattan pole varies somewhat in color. The weaving is a combination of natural rattan core (the center of the rattan vine) and banana bark rope. This tough, durable material is actually used as rope in South East Asia. A protective clear coat is added to prevent stains. Under the 6" to 7" foam seats is wide elastic webbing for added comfort.
