* Free Shipping is available to the Continental United States only. * * Additional charges may incur if you are delivering to an island, please call for a quote. (Hawaii and Alaska are not included in our Free Shipping).
Can you put Rattan Collections from our "Sunroom" Outdoors? The frames have been weatherized, but are only guaranteed outdoor for areas that are screened in or set on a covered patio/porch area, which should be at least 12 ft. in depth . See our "All Weather" section for Outdoor Furniture.

Some pictures contain accessories to complete the imagination of fulfulling your room and are not part of the purchase price posted, only items listed are for sale. Example, draperies, plants, blankets, lamps, etc...

Not responsible for typographical erros in prcing, if there is a typographical error the price will not be honored, and will be updated on our site accordingly. Sales and Coupon Offers are not valid for orders previously processed prior to Sale or Coupon Offer. All Sales are final.
* Orders with cushions - please allow approximately up to 2-4 weeks for your order to ship, unless otherwise noted on each collection. All Available Ship Times are an approximate ship date and not a guarantee. In some cases your order may ship sooner or later. If you have a particular date of delivery request please note so in the comment box during the checkout process, or call us prior to placing your order to make sure we can meet your deadline.
Payment Methods:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and Checks. Your credit card will be charged when your order is being processed for cutting of fabric for your cushions, although in some cases your card may be charged immediately when your order is placed, due to Quick Ship. All childrens furniture and Non-Cushion related orders will receive same day charges on your credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
All sales are final, a 30% restocking fee will be charged if cancelled, so please make sure you take measurements of the area you are placing the furniture you are ordering prior to checkout. If we run a sale after your order is placed, the discount will not be given on your order price nor shall it be honored after the placement of your order.
Confirmation of Orders:
Once you place your order a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provide. When your order ships, you will receive a follow-up email with your tracking information.
Shipping/Delivery/Returns:
Common Carriers do not deliver to your door, this is curbside delivery only, unless Ordering 3 or more items which will be delivered "Inside Delivery" meaning the Driver will bring your furniture through one threshold of your home. If you wish to have "White Glove Service" (Delivery into your home and boxes unpacked and removed) please contact us to make arrangements.
The Carrier will contact you via the phone # you provide with your order when they are ready to deliver to set up the delivery date and time convenient for you to accept delivery. All deliveries require signature therefore you must be present to accept the delivery.
Childrens items are shipped via UPS Ground.
All other orders will ship via Common Carrier.
We do our best to ensure safe and secure packaging of our deliveries for a safe delivery to your home. Upon delivery, should you receive any damaged freight, please note it on the Bill Of Lading. If a single box is damaged upon delivery, please inspect while the driver is on the premises, if the item is damaged, refuse that item only, and note on the Bill of Lading, ie., “1 Box Damaged-Refused”, and accept the remaining undamaged boxes. Upon inspection of your furniture notify us of any problems/damages with your furniture and we will have a replacement sent to you as soon as possible. The damaged item may or may not be subject to return, which in that case a separate carrier will follow-up for the pick up of the damaged item after you have received your replacement or before. * * ALL returns must be in their original cartoning so please do not dispose of your cartons until you have completed inspection. Freight Carriers will not accept uncartoned merchandise.
Applicable Law:
This contract, including the terms and conditions set forth herein, together with any amendments, modifications and any different terms or conditions expressly accepted by Seller in writing shall constitute the entire Agreement concerning the goods sold, and shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Maryland.
